Unagi Australia uses several delivery partners to deliver orders across Australia. Our delivery partners are listed below:
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Unagi Australia’s shipping system will automatically send an email to the customers nominated email address with the tracking information such as the carrier and the tracking number.
The email with all tracking information will come from firstname.lastname@example.org
Click the button below and enter your tracking number into the box, and the progress of your parcel will be displayed on the screen. You can find your tracking number by logging into your Unagi account, or by checking your email (please note: the automated tracking email is sent to you directly from the email address email@example.com, and might end up in the junk folder, depending on your inbox settings. Please check this folder on your email account if you cannot find the tracking information in your inbox).

Tracking numbers can be used to identify which courier company is being used to deliver the order. Please use the guide below:
Tracking numbers with ‘CP’ at the beginning like the following example: 'CPB2P1Z1234567890'
Have been sent with Couriers Please.
Tracking numbers with ‘BEX’ at the beginning like the following example: 'BEX 1234567'
Have been sent with Border Express.
‘BEX’ is an identifier code for the order, the actual tracking number for Border Express is only the sequence of digits eg. ‘1234567’

QLD Metro - up to 2 business days
QLD Regional - up to 5 business days*
Interstate Metro - up to 3 - 6 business days (depending on destination)
Interstate Regional - at least 5 business days (please ask at your local Post Office for accurate delivery times)
AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS | DISPATCH AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse on the Gold Coast in Queensland via Border Express and Couriers Please who pick up each day, Monday to Friday (with added services during extreme peak periods).
99% of orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24hrs of your order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will ship the next available business day.
Regional timeframes are a general guide based on your distance from a major centre. The further you are away from a metropolitan area the longer your potential delivery could be.
ELECTRIC SCOOTER AND BATTERIES, DELIVERY INFORMATION
All electric scooters which contain batteries are delivered using either Border Express or Couriers Please. This is due to the size and weight of these items and the items being classed as dangerous goods (DG).
As Border Express and Couriers Please deliver these items they are unable to deliver to Po Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect Points.
Electric scooters cannot be shipped outside of Australia due to size, weight and battery restrictions.
